They will either use the shaft extractor or they’ll heat the hosel with propane torch until the epoxy bond fails, then they will twist the broken piece out.

They will examine the condition of the club and they’ll tell you exactly if it’s worth buying a new one or fixing it. From the fixing procedure above.
